Performance Characteristics

01 Superior Sterilization and Flavor Development

The baking section employs a high-power, radiation-based heat transfer solution with micro-airflow, eliminating the need for a heat transfer medium. This effectively suppresses the physical phenomenon of "water evaporation endothermic effect." The surface layer of the pellets (approx. 0.3mm thick) rapidly dries and reaches the temperature required for the Maillard reaction, while the internal core temperature surpasses the sterilization point (74℃) within five minutes, locking in flavor and ensuring safety.


02 Enhanced Nutrient Retention with Multi-Stage Control

This integrated machine utilizes multi-stage iterative baking and drying technology with distinct processing zones. During the high-moisture stage, high-temperature baking is used for effective cooking and sterilization with minimal nutrient loss. During the low-moisture stage, a low-temperature drying process prevents the rapid temperature increase that can cause loss of heat-sensitive ingredients. Throughout the process, the internal core temperature is maintained below 85℃ (though adjustable if higher temperatures are required).


03 Uniform Moisture Distribution

The system ensures exceptional product uniformity. The material naturally levels itself without the need for a spreader, maintaining the flatness achieved at the forming machine outlet. Combined with a CFD-optimized airflow design, energy distribution within the machine is highly uniform. This meticulous control results in a final product moisture deviation of ≤±0.75%.


04 Civil Construction and Space Savings

The All-in-One-Technology (AIOT) design provides significant cost savings on factory construction:

The vertical arrangement structure shortens the overall process flow and reduces the required length of the building;

Integrated heat exchange technology eliminates the need for a separate heat exchange unit, lowering the necessary ceiling height;

Reciprocating transport technology shortens the length of the internal conveying process, further optimizing the factory's footprint.


05 Safety, Hygiene, and Traceability

The design prioritizes food safety and maintenance. The short process minimizes intermediate conveying steps, which facilitates cleaning, ensures hygiene, and simplifies quality traceability. The combined gas, combustion, and baking/drying systems incorporate 16 comprehensive safety measures to ensure stable operation. Furthermore, large doors and generous maintenance access allow for thorough cleaning, mitigating the risk of long-term residue and biological safety hazards.
