01 Consistent Quality and Uniform Moisture
The machine ensures precise drying performance. A vertically adjustable distributor works with a dual-layer rake structure to maintain a perfectly flat material bed. This ensures that airflow penetrates the entire layer uniformly. High temperature combined with large airflow creates a floating (fluidized) state for the pellets, allowing maximum contact between the air and the material. This results in rapid drying speeds, uniform moisture content, and a process precisely aligned with the drying characteristics of microfeed.
02 Advanced Clogging Prevention Technology
The dryer features an exclusive microporous technology designed to maximize airflow and minimize maintenance. The deck utilizes a taper hole-shaped structure that actively accumulates airflow and prevents clogging. This design ensures the deck is easy to clean and avoids complete blockage of the holes.
03 High Permeability and Zero Leakage
The microporous deck has a minimum pore size of 0.28mm, which is smaller than the minimum pellet diameter of 0.3mm. This prevents pellets from blocking the holes while still offering a high porosity rate of 35%. The system's lateral sealing structure maintains gaps smaller than the minimum pellet diameter, which effectively prevents leakage while protecting the fragile material from breakage.
