The system achieves superior sterilization by combining a conditioner and a stabilizer. This allows the conditioning temperature to exceed 85℃ and the conditioning time to be extended beyond 120 seconds. The unit features VFD-controlled speed to optimize the fill rate, which can reach 40%–70%, and its modular design allows for flexible assembly.
02 Enhanced Cleanliness and Hygiene
Hygiene is built into the design. The hollow screw rotor improves the fill rate, and the end material leveling device ensures stable discharge. The unit ensures low residue and is entirely made of all stainless steel in material contact areas. The full-length jacket insulation of the body provides a better gelatinization effect. An integrated, jacketed large inspection door is easy to open and clean, with no dead corners, and is filled with insulation cotton for all-around thermal efficiency.

The machine is designed for ease of use. The inspection door features a self-locking hinge structure that automatically locks when opened, simplifying material inspection and cleaning. The upper and lower split bearing housings make lubrication and maintenance straightforward.

Safety and longevity are ensured by robust engineering. The shaft end features an adjustable gland mechanism for reliable, leak-free sealing and a long service life with easy maintenance. For operator safety, a safety switch is equipped on each inspection door, preventing the motor from starting when a door is open. Power transmission uses a durable torque arm gearbox and a direct-connection gear-reducer for high efficiency.
