It is designed for pre-treatment before the extrusion process in the aquafeed and pet food industries. This series must be used in conjunction with other conditioners. It performs high-temperature disinfection, starch gelatinization, protein texturization, and other crucial adjustments on various compound feeds, ensuring the material is fully prepared for extrusion.
Performance Characteristics
01 Extended Conditioning Time and Enhanced Results
The SDTZ conditioner is designed to act similarly to a thermal conditioner and is defaulted as a triple-shaft unit when combined with others, providing an extended conditioning time. Compared to the SCTZ double-shaft differential conditioner, the SDTZ twin-shaft equal-diameter design offers a 20% increase in volume and conditioning time. Note: This unit cannot be used alone.
02 High-Shear, First-In-First-Out Material Flow
The angles of the two rotor blades are precisely set relative to each other. This geometry ensures that the material is moved forward or backward simultaneously at the same position, effectively creating a first-in-first-out material flow with high shear force.
03 Fully Upgraded, Leak-Proof Sealing System
The machine features a completely upgraded sealing system to eliminate leaks, drips, and seepages. The professional shaft end seal uses multi-layer sealing for excellent effect and long service life. The door seal is made of embedded high-temperature resistant foamed silicone, which is durable and easy to install.
04 Simple Operation and Easy Maintenance
Maintenance is designed to be straightforward. The door body opens up to 70% of the conditioner's total length for convenient cleaning, and the door locking mechanism includes an automatic function. The shaft end seal area provides a large replacement space, making it easy to replace seals when they age.
05 Variable Frequency Control for Versatile Processing
The motor can be frequency-controlled (VFD) to adapt to various working conditions. This allows operators to adjust the speed online according to different production capacity and formula requirements, thereby optimizing the filling rate and conditioning effect. An SEW gear-reducer is available as an option.
