01 Uniform Cooling and High Efficiency
The cooler features an octagonal cooling chamber that guarantees even cooling with no dead zones. A rotating material spreading mechanism with an adjustable tilt angle ensures uniform material bed thickness and consistent airflow distribution. Precise material thickness monitoring makes the cooling duration fully controllable. The flap plates have a large perforation area, which reduces airflow resistance and enhances overall ventilation efficiency.
