Widely used across the feed industry, this coater is designed to precisely apply liquids such as fat, enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids to pellet feed. It is also particularly effective for coating pellets with high compactness that are difficult to coat using conventional methods, even when the required coating ratio is low.
Performance Characteristics
01 Versatility for Diverse Formulas
The vacuum system allows for precise liquid application across a wide range of recipes. It can achieve a vacuum level up to 200mbar (100mbar maximum) with a minimal pressure loss (≤100mbar/5min). This capability enables a grease addition rate of 1% to 36% (relative to pre-coating material mass) while maintaining excellent vacuum retention.
02 Guaranteed Uniform Coating
The coater ensures exceptional consistency. A vertical double-screw lifting mechanism works with a spiral casing to rapidly circulate materials throughout the chamber. Simultaneously, a 360° all-round pressure atomizing nozzle is utilized, eliminating dead zones and guaranteeing a coating homogeneity coefficient of variation (CV) of ≤7%.
03 Low Maintenance and Operational Cost
The machine is built for long-term, economical operation. A tapered discharge door ensures efficient sealing. The small relative moving distance between the moving and sealing parts minimizes wear and extends service life. Under normal use, there is no need to replace the seal, requiring only routine cleaning and maintenance.
