The TGSP Chain Conveyor is primarily used in the feed industry for transporting dry, powdered, or granular materials. It features a simple structure, small size, excellent sealing, and is relatively convenient for installation and maintenance. It supports multi-point feeding and discharging, offering highly flexible process selection and layout. Note: It is not recommended for transporting brittle granular materials that require a low breakage rate.

03 Enhanced Safety and Simplified Maintenance

Operator safety is ensured with fully enclosed, modular, and detachable chain drive and coupling guards, which include a convenient oil fill port. The head and tail bearings are integrated with the bearing housing for stability and easier maintenance. Rotating parts are fitted with sealed guards to prevent accidental contact. The conveyor sprocket is standard with a sturdy integral design, while a split design is optional for easier disassembly. The shaft end seal is standard with a PTFE packed seal for good performance, with an optional dedicated air seal available for premixed or fine powdered materials.

04 Clean and Hygienic Design

The conveyor is designed to maintain product hygiene and minimize residue. All chains are equipped with flexible cleaning scraper blades to ensure the trough remains clean. Multi-outlet configurations feature "self-cleaning gates" and "chain cleaning brushes" to significantly reduce material residue and leakage at intermediate discharge points.
