Pneumatic Option: Cylinder brands include a standard domestic brand, with high-quality SMC and FESTO available as optional upgrades.

Electric Option: Motor brands include renowned international suppliers such as Ewellix and Thomson.

02 Safe and Reliable Control

Precision and safety are integrated into the control system:

Position Control: Gate position is controlled using limit switches for both precision and reliability (standard domestic switches, with Honeywell available as an option).

Simplified Installation: The unit includes a pre-wired wiring box from the factory, which simplifies installation by requiring only the connection of the box on-site.

03 Low Residual Material

These gates are engineered to fit snugly to the bottom plate of the chain conveyor. By working in conjunction with the conveyor, they are highly effective at controlling and significantly reducing material residue when performing multi-point discharging.
